The phase measurement repeatability of BH1050 is 0.02deg at 500kHz, and it still maintains good accuracy for measuring low loss magnetic cores such as iron silicon aluminum, iron nickel, iron nickel molybdenum, etc. under high-frequency testing conditions.
BH1050 adopts the Cross Power mode (| EC62044-3), using high-precision current measurement resistors to reduce phase measurement errors. The measurement circuit has complete gain and phase compensation characteristics.

Selection and Configuration

Testing principle
The BH1050 adopts the Cross Power mode (IEC62044-3), and the BH1050 host is equipped with a high-power, low distortion high-frequency amplifier power supply. The amplifier power supply drives the tested inductance to reach the required frequency and magnetic flux density for testing. Then, the current signal flowing through the inductor and the voltage signal at both ends of the inductor are obtained through a high-speed data collector. After accurately measuring the amplitude and phase difference of the signal, the loss power can be calculated.
